Position Summary
The Operations Administrator is responsible for network infrastructure, desktop services, email, directory services, cloud services management, information security, and application support. The Operations Administrators are the final level of incident and service request escalation for IT issues, information security, and overall responsibility for Atlas's IT architecture and engineering.
Essential Functions
- The final tier for incident and IT service management escalation for issues that the IT Operations Team cannot resolve.
- Major application evaluation, implementation, and application infrastructure support.
- Advanced network infrastructure design, implementation, and support, including security, VPN, and remote access infrastructure.
- Network and systems management design, deployment, and performance optimization.
- Systems Administration in both physical server and cloud service platforms.
- Cloud and SaaS infrastructure design and management include storage, multi-region integration, and cloud service deployment.
- Primary responsibility for information security infrastructure management, including firewall access rule sets, Security Incident and Event Management, Data Loss Prevention, endpoint security management, phishing campaign platforms, and collaboration security tool configuration and management.
- Directory Services design and management, including Forest/Domain and replication design, group policy design and troubleshooting, identity management, Single Sign-On Integration, and Access Control List configuration and optimization.
- Leverage robotic process automation tools and scripting in PowerShell and Python to automate infrastructure management and business processes.
- Project management of IT infrastructure implementation projects.
- Assessment, design, and deployment for the IT infrastructure for both new and acquired Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs).
- Display an evergreen attitude to learn new technologies and evaluate new approaches to problems to ensure that we are delivering the best IT experience at the lowest cost for our surgery centers.
- Ability to communicate clearly and succinctly orally and in writing with all levels of Atlas staff and partners in a productive and respectful manner.
- Partnering with our surgeons, surgery center, and headquarters staff to provide outstanding customer service and a high-value IT experience.
- Performs all functions according to established policies, procedures, regulatory and accreditation requirements, as well as applicable professional standards.

- At least 3 years of recent desktop IT support experience, and at least 5 years of enterprise systems IT support experience.
- Requires strong working knowledge of network IP LAN/WAN routing protocols; understanding of Microsoft Directory Services and Group Policy troubleshooting and implementation; understanding of print services troubleshooting and implementation and basic PowerShell experience.
- Experience managing information security and monitoring platforms. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 7 years supporting IT in a healthcare organization.
- Strong familiarity with supporting Meraki security, switching, and wireless infrastructure; advanced Azure and Office 365 management experience
- Microsoft file services structure design and troubleshooting; strong scripting and robotic process automation or ideally application development experience.
- Experience with information security data analytics and security incident management.
