Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Professional at Atlas Home Center in Midland, TX. The Sales Professional will be responsible for meeting with potential home buyers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the home buying process. Key tasks include providing detailed information about the homes' features, explaining financing options, negotiating sales contracts, and maintaining customer relationships. The Sales Professional will also be tasked with following up on leads and contributing to the overall sales strategy.
Qualifications
- Sales and negotiation skills, experience in customer service
- Ability to understand and explain product details and financing options
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in the housing or real estate industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
