What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Account Manager - CL position at Atlas Insurance Agency?
Summary:
Independently manage a large book of business, supporting assigned Producers with new and renewal large commercial lines accounts per agency policies. Proficient in recommending, negotiating, placing, and monitoring loss-sensitive plans, as well as handling layered property, excess programs, and premium allocations. Capable of presenting proposals with the Producer and taking a leadership role when needed. Provide technical training to Account Manager(s), supporting their career growth toward becoming a Senior Account Manager or Account Manager III, with a clear timeline and progress tracking. Assist with workload analysis, backlog solutions, and improving efficiencies using AMS360, ImageRight, and department procedures.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required; college degree preferred.
Minimum 5 years related work experience and/or training required.
Equivalent combination of education and job-related experience will be considered.
Proficiency in PC navigation and windows based software applications required
Producer Licensing required.
CPCU, CIC or other Property/Casualty designations preferred.
Salary : $75,000 - $90,000
