Role
We are #hiring a highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced Personal Injury Case Manager to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead the implementation of the Personal Injury Division, with a mission to protect the vulnerable and empower the oppressed. As a Personal Injury Case Manager, you will oversee cases from intake to settlement, working closely with attorneys, clients, medical providers, and insurance companies.
This is a full-time role for a Personal Injury Case Manager located in Lombard, IL, with some work-from-home flexibility.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the Development of the Personal Injury Division: Partner with firm leadership to build the division from the ground up, including establishing operational procedures, policies, and staffing structures to ensure long-term success.
• Align with Marketing for Growth: Work closely with the Marketing team to shape and execute a client acquisition strategy that drives high-quality case intake and business expansion.
• Strategic Case Management: Oversee and manage a portfolio of personal injury cases, ensuring efficient progression from intake to resolution while optimizing case outcomes.
• Client Advocacy & Communication: Serve as the primary client liaison, providing proactive updates, answering inquiries, and ensuring a positive client experience.
• Medical & Evidence Coordination: Secure and analyze medical records, police reports, and key documentation to support case development. Maintain communication with medical providers to track treatment progress.
• Settlement & Negotiation Leadership: Assist in negotiating optimal settlements with insurance adjusters, maximizing client compensation while ensuring fair and efficient resolutions.
• Legal Documentation & Case Preparation: Draft persuasive demand letters, settlement summaries, and other essential case documents under attorney supervision.
• Litigation Coordination & Support: Partner with attorneys on litigation-bound cases, facilitating depositions, court schedules, and trial preparations.
• Case Strategy & Analysis: Collaborate with attorneys to develop winning case strategies, assess legal challenges, and maintain compliance with critical deadlines.
• AI-Driven Process Optimization: Leverage AI-powered tools to enhance case management efficiency, streamline document review, automate routine communications, and improve client interactions. Work with technology specialists to integrate AI solutions into workflows for better case tracking, predictive analytics, and improved legal strategies.

Requirements:
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor’s degree or paralegal certification preferred).
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in personal injury case management, claims handling, legal support.
Competitive salary ranges depending on experience Bonuses.
This role is eligible for a performance-based bonus tied to the successful implementation and growth of the PI division. Incentives will be awarded based on achieving key business development relationships, driving expansion, and scaling the division over time.
