Atlas Machine & Supply, Inc. is seeking a motivated and experienced Field Account Manager to join our team in the Durable Goods Manufacturing industry. This role focuses on managing and growing our customer base, increasing sales revenue, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will work closely with sales and marketing teams to execute strategies aligned with business objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers in the Louisville-Global area
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Achieve and surpass sales targets and objectives
- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute strategic plans
KEY SKILLS:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple accounts and projects
- Analytical and problem-solving skills for interpreting sales data and identifying growth opportunities
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools to manage relationships and track performance
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 3 years of sales or account management experience in the Durable Goods Manufacturing industry
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Occasional overnight stay may be required or emergency calls that will need to be addressed promptly
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Master’s or advanced degree in Business Administration preferred but not required.
- Experience managing and growing key accounts
- Proficiency in analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
