We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our fulfillment team as a Customer Support Representative for our compressed air systems division. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers and sales / service teams. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction, process incoming order requests, and maintain strong relationships with our clients.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing accurate and helpful information regarding our products and capabilities
- Assist customers in researching parts needs for compressed air systems
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide pre-sales support, including answering product-related questions and providing technical specifications.
- Process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of customer inquiries, issues, and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Communicate with vendors and customers on changes to shipment dates
- Shipping and receiving of incoming parts orders
REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in a customer support or technical support role, preferably in the industrial equipment or machinery industry.
- Excellent communication skills
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer support tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
