• Train and onboard new team members, equipping them with the knowledge and skills necessary for success

• Set ambitious goals and challenges for the team, motivating them to exceed expectations

Qualifications:

• Proven leadership experience, preferably in a sales or insurance environment

• A track record of achieving results and meeting or exceeding targets
• Ability to develop and implement effective training and coaching programs
• Highly self-motivated with a passion for teamwork and continuous improvement

• Average first-year compensation in a leadership role ranges from $80,000 to $100,000
• Unlimited income potential based on performance and contribution

• Competitive entry-level pay ranging from $65,000 to $88,000 in the first 12 months, commensurate with skill set and performance
• Unlimited earning potential with no ceiling on income desires
