Assembly Technician

Responsibilities:

· Follow a bill of materials and work instructions to ensure accurate results.

· Read and interpret blueprints or drawings necessary to complete assignments.

· Perform detail work including measuring, cutting, soldering, gluing, and potting of subassemblies.

· Perform inspection and testing of electro-mechanical assemblies.

· Demonstrate the ability and attitude to work in a small company environment supporting Research and Development and Production efforts.

Qualifications:

· A reliable self-starter with a flexible attitude.

· Able to work both independently and in a team environment.

· A U.S. citizen.

· Able to lift 50 pounds.

· Ability to perform detail work including chamfering, deburring, cleaning, and cosmetic inspection of parts.

· Familiarity with common hand tools.

· High School diploma or equivalent.

· Experience using an oscilloscope is a plus.

· Machining and fabrication experience is a plus.

Salary range - $17.00 to $27.00 per hour
