Responsibilities

  • Represent buyers and sellers in the Portland Metro and SW Washington markets, providing unparalleled service and expertise.
  • Manage high-end transactions seamlessly, from client consultation to closing, ensuring a world-class experience.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with affluent clients, developers, and industry partners.
  • Develop and execute premium marketing strategies to showcase listings at their highest potential.
  • Leverage our advanced CRM & AI-driven tools to track leads, manage client follow-ups, and streamline transactions.
  • Stay ahead of market trends and provide clients with in-depth insights and strategic guidance.

Qualifications

Job Qualifications

Active real estate license in Oregon and/or Washington

Proven track record in real estate with $7M in annual sales volume

Exceptional negotiation and sales skills, with the ability to handle complex, high-stakes transactions

Strong network of high-net-worth individuals, industry partners, and referral sources

Deep knowledge of the luxury market, pricing strategies, and market trends

Tech-savvy with experience using CRM platforms, digital marketing, and real estate technology

Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate value to affluent clients

Commitment to continuous learning and professional development

Self-motivated, highly driven, and able to work independently while excelling in a team environment
