Who We Are
Atlas Pallet is a third-generation family owned and operated business. Located in northern Rhode Island, Atlas Pallet has been a regional recycling leader since 1955. Our convenient location allows us easy access to our customers in Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and southern New Hampshire. Our 16-acre site and 60,000 square foot manufacturing facility, affords us plenty of space for inventory and pallet production. Atlas maintains a fleet of over 100 trailers, 8 GPS monitored tractors and a full-time maintenance service crew to ensure on time delivery of pallets.
In our seventh decade of pallet recycling, we have developed expertise in pallet recycling which newcomers to the industry do not possess. Through a constant evolution of methods and improved materials over time, we have produced the formula for the best recycled pallet at the right price.

Job Description
Pallet Repairer
We are looking to hire a hard-working and dedicated employee to work in the salvage department. If you work in pallet repair, you will be responsible for repairing and refurbishing pallets in order to prepare them to be reused.
The above description is a general description of the nature and level of work that will be performed. All employees may be required to perform duties outside their normal responsibilities, as needed.

Physical/Cognitive Requirements
- Must be able to follow policies, procedures, and safety protocols
- Must have reliable transportation to/from work
- Must be able to communicate with others effectively
- Must have the ability to sit/walk/stand for up to 8 hours per day
- Must have the ability to squat, climb, twist, bend, intermittently crawl, stoop, push, pull
- Must have the ability to lift/carry items 40 to 55lb or less
- Must have the ability to work in a labor-intensive environment
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must have quick hands, attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Must be able to maintain a clean workspace

Hours
Monday-Friday 7:00am – 3:00pm
*Some Overtime Available - as business requires
Hourly Pay
$16.00/ hour guaranteed for 2 week training period
Piece-work (after training period) earning potential = $18.00-$30.00/hour
