What You’ll Do
- Participate in Atlas’ Teaching Fellow program to improve instructional skills through observation, coaching, and practice
- Teach under the guidance of experienced CLDE Interventionists and instructional coaches and help to provide small group push-in or pull-out instructional support for students classified as NEP-1, NEP-2, or LEP-3
- Support CLDE Interventionists with strategies to assist LEP-4, LEP-5, and LEP-6 students
- Help to interpret home language surveys for new enrollments to identify students eligible for CLDE services
- Develop relationships with students to foster engagement and academic success
- Create and maintain a learning environment that aligns with Atlas' rigorous and nurturing culture
- Help to maintain accurate documentation, including lesson plans, compliance paperwork, and student progress data
- Assist with the administration and analysis of assessments such as NWEA MAP, W-APT, ACCESS, and iReady to monitor student progress
- Engage with families through regular communication, problem-solving, and quarterly conferences
- Assist with school-wide activities, such as field trips, community events, and summer programs
- Participate in professional development, training, and collaborative meetings with instructional staff
- Support school operations, including arrival, dismissal, and lunch duties
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Compensation & Schedule
- Salaried/Exempt
- Annual Salary Range*: $36,750
- Full Time; Monday – Friday; Occasional evenings and weekends as needed

Qualifications
Who You Are
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education, ELL, ESL, TESOL, or related field
- Ability to successfully pass all required background screening pursuant to CRS § 22-30.5-110.7
- At least two years of satisfactory work experience
- Ability to consistently work an 8-hour day, in person, Monday through Friday
- A sincere desire to become a full-time CLDE Interventionist at Atlas after Fellowship is complete

- Demonstrated maturity, humility, self-reflection, and strong work ethic

Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual: Spanish & English or experience working with bilingual students
- Prior experience working with low-income, minority, or historically underserved students
- Experience in structured, high-expectation classroom environments
Essential Job Functions
- Ability to work in a primarily non-remote setting
- Prolonged periods of standing and sitting
