Maintenance Technician
Position Summary: Now Hiring Entry Level & Mid Level Maintenance Techs!
Maintenance technicians are responsible for many aspects of property maintenance including curb appeal, service requests, apartment turnovers, preventative maintenance, and customer service to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot repair issues
- Prepare vacant units for future renters
- Upkeep of the grounds & common areas/amenities
- Basic knowledge of equipment functions, and appliances
- Providing exceptional customer service to our residents & staff
- Performs routine maintenance tasks, minor maintenance requests, routine preventative maintenance, schedules, and repairs as needed.
Requirements:
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Some knowledge of building maintenance and repair
- A positive, team-oriented attitude
- Able to follow directions & leadership from management
- Willingness to learn
- Must have reliable transportation
- Great work ethic
- Must own basic tools
- 6 months of multifamily experience or general maintenance is preferred
- HVAC, EPA, and/or CPO certifications a plus
