What are the responsibilities and job description for the Leasing Specialist position at Atlas Property Management?
Atlas Property Management maintains 80 employees and a hardworking, yet flexible, work environment. Atlas manages fourteen, 100 unit complexes. We strive for exceptional customer service, look to minimize costs, and seek to exceed expectations.
We are looking for an energetic leasing agent for our new Luxury Apartment Community right in the heart of downtown Tulsa. The position involves:
- Advertising the complex and individual units for lease
- Detailed record-keeping of each unit and its tenant(s)
- Answering phone calls, emails, and company texts
- Staging units for viewing
- Speaking with potential tenants and "selling" the complex
- Inspecting units upon move-out to observe damages, etc.
- Updating the company server and website
- Scheduling cleaners and other workers
- Marketing on all social media sites
- Ensuring quality and professionalism
Position hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm, with rotating weekends required. Candidates with prior experience in leasing apartments are preferred, but not required. Applicants must have prior computer experience, particularly with Microsoft Excel.

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
