Help Wanted: High Rise Window Washer

Job Responsibilities:
- Wash windows on high-rise buildings safely and efficiently.
- Perform parking lot cleaning, ensuring a neat and tidy environment.
- Utilize pressure washing and soft washing techniques for various surfaces.
- Maintain a positive attitude and work well with team members.
- Conduct thorough inspections of windows before and after cleaning to ensure quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with team members to complete jobs efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition, reporting any issues as necessary.
Requirements:
- Must not be afraid of heights.
- Clean driving history is required.
- Ability to work independently and take great pride in the job you do.
- Ability to work outdoors in sometimes extreme conditions such as high winds and excessive heat.
- Ability to work flexible hours.
- Experience in window washing, pressure washing, or cleaning services is a plus but not mandatory.
Compensation:
- Payment is based on a percentage of the job completed.
