Skilled nursing facility located in Maywood, NJ is looking for a strong MDS Coordinator.

  • Must have New Jersey RN License
  • Must Have experience as an MDS Coordinator
  • Must have long term care experience

Responsibilities :

  • Complete assessments MDS and care plans for all residents assigned.
  • Monitors completion of MDSs by other disciplines within timeframes by regulatory guidelines.
  • Attend weekly IDC meetings.
  • Proficient in Point Click Care
