ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (include travel requirements)
. Schedules/Job Travelers:
Ø Checks daily expansion schedule for density discrepancies and non-inventory items and verifies that packaging matches order.
Ø Enters required data into a manual program for maintaining expansion records.
Ø Obtains production related documents prints and delivers these documents to the various presses.
Ø Preforms Part Weight density checks to ensure correct Part Weight density at start of production order. Any failure is to be corrected, if unable to get failure correct Supervisor/manager is notified.
Ø Enters data and analyzes production information recorded by operators and line leads.
Ø Checks schedule sheets for density discrepancies and non-inventory items and verifies that packaging matches order.
Ø Completes required production records and work orders. Ensures they are accurate, neat, legible and timely.
Ø Processes PIDs (Production IDs) prior to printing shift schedules.
Ø Enters and prints each work order in PeopleSoft for processes and procedures needed to complete the order.
Ø Puts work order packets together for each department, including any necessary customer labels, and distributes to each shift along with printed schedule.
Ø Obtains production related documents through PeopleSoft and attaches to the respective orders online. Prints and delivers these documents to the various departments.
. Filing/Data Entry:
Ø Gathers, sorts, and maintains tooling information records, EI: Hoist inspections and related Tooling change documents. Files documents by date/shift and files in Production office to reference for compliance.
Ø Gathers, sorts, and compares Quality work documents to printed schedules. Files production press check information related to Quality work documents by date/shift and files in Production office to reference for compliance.
Ø Audits: Enters data and analyzes production information recorded by operators and line leads.
Ø Maintains material returns and scrap logs.
. Audits
Ø Prints and distributes and/or preforms audits for 2 shifts.
Ø Assists in tracking quality complaints by maintaining appropriate production records for traceability.
Ø Emails any changes affecting quality to Quality Engineer, Production management, and other management. Emails changes affecting scheduling/BOMs/route setup to Production Scheduler.
Ø Audits assigned areas in plants for safety concerns and submits work orders were applicable.
Ø Enters new data into PeopleSoft using BOM and routing calculator, including correct times, wrap, verbiage, and packaging.
Ø Assists in tracking quality complaints by maintaining appropriate production records for traceability.
Ø Help Manager/Supervisor creates training tutorials for production processes and procedures.
Ø Trains new Production Associate on pack out processes.
Ø Maintains training records/electronic files.
. Keeps working area clean and orderly at all times.
. Works necessary hours as determined by supervisor to complete tasks.
. Performs other related tasks/projects as requested by supervisor.
. Displays initiative by seeking supervisor for additional work assignments during downtime.

High School Diploma or GED
