Accounts Payable Clerk & Administrative Assistant
The ideal candidate for this position must have:
· H.S. Diploma or equivalent
· high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
· strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
· time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
· Basic knowledge of Quickbooks Accounts Payable Module
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
· Ability to work and function as a member of a team with all levels of staff and vendors and/or customers.
Job Responsibilities:
· Processing vendor invoices, ensure that all payments are made in accordance with Company policy
· Managing accounts Payable using accounting software: Quickbooks
· Handling accounts payable for Atlas Sales Co., Ohana, & Four C’s Investments
· Matching Purchase Order to invoices for payments
· Ensure bills are paid in a timely accurate manner
· Establishing and maintaining relationship with new and existing vendors
· Filing paid invoices
· Assisting Credit department
· Others duties as assigned
Job Type: Full-time
· Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour—Depending on Experience
