Candidates will be selected based on their relevant work experience and the needs of our course offerings, starting in April 2025. Atlas teaches courses during the Fall, Spring, and Summer trimesters and will be in touch with adjunct faculty needs roughly 3-6 months prior to a class start.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Teaching: Deliver engaging and effective lectures, presentations, and/or lab sessions. Design and administer assessments, assignments, and exams. Grade student work fairly and promptly, providing regular constructive feedback.
- Student Support: Support students in addressing their academic needs and concerns. Hold regular office hours and be available for student meetings.
- Curriculum Evaluation: Collaborate with faculty and staff in an effort to continuously improve and update the curriculum.
- Professional Development: Stay current in your field of expertise through continuous professional development and participation in relevant conferences, programs and/or workshops.
- Compliance: Adhere to institutional policies and procedures, including maintaining accurate academic records and submitting required documentation on time.
- Be a graduate of a recognized college or university and hold a baccalaureate degree with a minimum of 12 credit hours in a field directly related to the subject(s) the individual is teaching OR,
- Have two years minimum full-time work experience within the last seven years in the field in which the individual is teaching OR,
- Have a license issued by a state or the federal government in the field in which the individual is teaching, OR
- Have a nationally-recognized professional certification in the field in which the individual is teaching, as approved by the Board.
- This is an in-person position based in Tulsa, OK.
- Expected work hours are up to 25 hours per week - includes class sessions, office hours, grading and other administrative responsibilities associated with the position.
