School Nurse Job Opportunity
We are seeking highly skilled and compassionate School Nurses to provide individualized medical care to students with complex health needs in a school setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer medication as prescribed by healthcare providers.
- Manage chronic conditions of students, including developing and implementing individualized care plans.
- Monitor vital signs and other health issues throughout the day, ensuring students receive timely medical attention if needed.
Detailed Duties:
- Provide ongoing assessment and evaluation of student health needs, adjusting care plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of student medical history and treatment plans.
Requirements:
- NYS Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse license required.
- Prior pediatric experience is highly preferred, with knowledge of child development and growth patterns.

Pay Information:
