A prominent Private Equity Infrastructure fund in New York City is looking to hire an Investor Reporting Associate due to the successful performance of its funds to handle investor requests, new fund and investor onboarding, client reporting, ad hoc automation & finance projects and much more.
Job Description:
- Address day to day investor questions/requests related to the firm's Infrastructure Fund Platform
- Assist in new fund and investor onboarding
- Prepare internal client reporting deliverables for consumption of senior management, client relation team and portfolio management
- Prepare and review customized investor reporting templates for Infrastructure funds
- Work closely with operations, valuations, investor relations, legal & compliance, and portfolio management teams on variety of projects and deliverables relating to investor reporting
- Assist in preparation and issuance of client reporting deliverables (capital account statements, capital calls, distributions, trade confirms)
- Drive investor reporting automation projects and assist in enhancing the group’s reporting processes, procedures and analytics
- Build commitment reports, client base analysis, entry and redemption queue reports
- Support firm's corporate finance and investor relations teams during the quarterly earnings process as well as on an ad hoc basis in dealing with clients and investors
- Assist with day-to-day activities related to the fund accounting and reporting of open-ended and closed-ended Infrastructure Funds and SPVs administered both externally and internally.
- Assist with ad-hoc projects.
- Managing and mentoring staff
Job Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree in Finance or Accounting with strong GPA
- 3-6 years of public accounting with alternatives clients or fund accounting experience
- Infrastructure, Private Equity, Real Estate Investment industry experience a plus
- Open-ended fund experience a plus
- Understanding of common industry performance metrics required
- Very strong excel skills and analytical skills required
Salary : $120,000 - $150,000
