A Top FinTech Firm is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Vice President or Vice President to join their dynamic Annuity Platform team. This role will focus on expanding both distribution channels and insurance carrier partnerships for the firm's Annuity Platform. This individual will work closely with the existing team to drive the acquisition and onboarding of new clients. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of a fast-paced, rapidly expanding organization.
Responsibilities
- Cultivate relationships with potential broker/dealer, bank, and Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) distributors, as well as prospective insurance company partners.
- Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless transition onto the the firm's Annuity Platform.
- Provide training to advisors, distribution home office personnel, and insurance company wholesalers on platform usage and features.
- Collaborate with the Annuity Operations team to ensure the delivery of a smooth, efficient experience for all clients and stakeholders.
Salary : $105,000 - $150,000
