What are the responsibilities and job description for the Benefits Specialist position at Atlas Search?
Our client is a Law firm in Manhattan.
This candidate MUST have experience handling Global Benefits (without this, candidate will not be considered)
Responsibilities:
The Account Manager will be the primary service contact for an assigned book of business and develop a strong working relationship with both the clients and carriers.
- Responsible for implementing new client launches including carrier involvement, communications campaign, employee correspondence, implementing and adhering to a project timeline, communicating program specific to client and information exchange(file transfers, enrollment systems, etc).
- Responsible for routine service with clients
- Meets to support clients alone or in conjunction with Account Executive
- Conducts all marketing efforts as assigned
- Responsible for explaining new benefit offerings and communication strategies to existing clients
- Develops prospective client proposals.
Requirements:
- 5 years of benefits experience
- Must have global benefits experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Must have strong technology and analytical skills
The annual base salary range is $90,000 to $125,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
