What You’ll Do:
- Handle a high volume of inbound calls with professionalism and efficiency
- Research and provide accurate information using multiple resources, including AS400
- Draft clear, well-written internal correspondence with proper grammar and factual accuracy
- Deliver top-tier customer support while ensuring a seamless experience for members
What We’re Looking For:
- 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center
- Strong problem-solving and research abilities
- Experience with ACD phone systems & high-call-volume environments
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and UPS
- Excellent organizational, time management, and writing skills
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
