What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Coordinator position at Atlas Search?
This role will be in the office 3x a week for training. After a month, this candidate can work 100% remote.
Responsibilities :
- Providing quality, professional and prompt customer service to all external and internal customers.
- Provide information about products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product / service issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Increase customer retention by implementing creative problem-solving skills
- Work in one or multiple queues / skill sets over various customer service platforms (email, telephone, social media, etc.)
Qualifications :
The annual base salary range is $50k to $60k. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and / or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
