A rapidly growing software provider supporting regulated financial markets is seeking a Client Success Manager to drive the adoption and long-term success of its identity compliance platform. The product simplifies onboarding and verification for financial institutions, helping firms manage investor checks, accreditation workflows, KYC/KYB protocols, and overall regulatory compliance.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of client advocacy, technical product understanding, and regulatory nuance. You’ll serve as the strategic partner to clients throughout their journey ~from go-live to ongoing platform growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead onboarding for new institutional clients, ensuring efficient configuration and rollout of the platform.
- Own and grow strategic relationships across client accounts ~ including compliance, operations, legal, and engineering teams.
- Drive engagement and usage of key features related to identity verification, onboarding automation, and document validation.
- Detect and mitigate friction points early; serve as an escalation point for product or process issues.
- Provide high-touch training, documentation, and advisory to increase platform fluency and internal adoption.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams by translating client feedback into roadmap insight.
- Remain current on evolving regulations (AML, KYC, KYB, accreditation standards, etc.) and offer strategic guidance on how the platform supports ongoing compliance.
- Manage renewals and identify expansion opportunities within client accounts based on usage data and satisfaction metrics.
- Prepare detailed reports tracking adoption, performance, and customer satisfaction to inform internal strategy.
Qualifications:
- 6 years in a client-facing role such as Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, or Implementation Lead ~ ideally in B2B SaaS or RegTech.
- Demonstrated experience with financial services or compliance-heavy industries.
- Strong working knowledge of onboarding compliance frameworks: KYC, KYB, AML, investor accreditation, etc.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills ~ comfortable advising both technical teams and senior non-technical leaders.
- Skilled in identifying business needs, troubleshooting obstacles, and driving engagement in platform adoption.
- Comfortable with SaaS products and cloud-based platforms; able to speak fluently with product and engineering counterparts.
- Bonus if you’ve worked with tools such as Persona, Trulioo, Onfido, or customer success platforms (e.g., Gainsight, Vitally).
- Certifications in AML/KYC compliance or identity management (e.g., ACAMS, CAMS, CIMP) are a plus.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled verification, biometrics, or investor workflow tools is beneficial.
