Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site and remote support for escalated technical issues across desktop, datacenter, and mobile environments in a 24/7/365 setting.
- Manage and maintain a multi-site Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) infrastructure.
- Oversee deployment, inventory tracking, and compliance reporting for systems, applications, and patches.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting of virtual and physical systems, applications, and security updates.
- Identify and resolve deficiencies in client management tools and processes, implementing improvements.
- Maintain thorough documentation for system configurations, deployment procedures, and application packaging workflows.
- Collaborate with IT Support, Infrastructure, Security, and other technical teams.
- Enforce best practices for change management, patching, and system monitoring.
- Utilize the organization’s ticketing system to track and resolve technical service requests.
- Balance system performance and stability with user experience and operational efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Expertise in application packaging (EXE, MSI, MSIX), preferably using Flexera InstallShield.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting, with familiarity in VBScript and BATCH scripting.
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, PKI, DNS, and DHCP.
- Experience supporting Dell, Lenovo, HP, and Apple hardware, as well as Windows and MacOS in physical and virtual environments (VMware/Hyper-V).
- Competence in custom reporting and queries (SQL, SSRS, Power BI) for MECM.
- Familiarity with Ivanti User Workspace Manager or similar profile management tools.
- Experience creating and maintaining system images, zero-touch deployment processes, and driver management.
- Deep understanding of Microsoft Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office (2016/2019/365) (MSI and C2R).
- Strong grasp of computer networking, application interoperability, and operating system concepts.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively on time-sensitive projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
- At least five years of IT experience focused on desktop management and enterprise application support.
- Experience in a professional services or legal industry setting is a plus.
- Project management experience is a plus.
Salary : $150,000 - $190,000
