Policy Development and Maintenance:

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive valuation policy, ensuring it aligns with regulatory requirements, industry best practices, and internal needs.
• Regularly review and update the valuation policy to reflect changes in the business environment, regulatory landscape, and industry standards.

Process Oversight and Compliance:

• Oversee the implementation and adherence to the valuation policy and procedures.
• Monitor valuation processes for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with established guidelines.
• Identify and address potential issues or deviations from the valuation policy and procedures.

Committee Support:

• Prepare and present valuation-related information and recommendations to the Valuation Committee.
• Support the committee in its oversight responsibilities, including the review of valuation methodologies, assumptions, and results.
• Document committee decisions and actions, ensuring proper record-keeping and transparency.
