Our client is a leading financial services company seeking a temporary Executive Assistant for their Midtown location. In this role you will be supporting a team, serving as a great first impression and the initial point of contact. This is a great opportunity to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Organizing details of internal and external meetings, special events, conference calls, and conferences. This includes reserving rooms; placing catering orders; creating client-related agendas; creating and printing, mailing, or emailing presentation materials associated with meetings.
- Heavy international and domestic travel arrangements, submitting and reconciling all expenses, check requests
- Updating presentation materials and excel spreadsheets, send reports to clients as needed.
- Completing ad hoc projects and requests.
- Photocopying, scanning, printing, binding documents, and utilizing support from resources where appropriate.
- Organizing and maintaining files for both electronic and hard copy documents.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree required
- 3 years of previous experience
- Exceptional organizational, multitasking, follow through and attention to detail.
- Solid experience in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
