What are the responsibilities and job description for the Fund Controller - Family Office position at Atlas Search?
An Established Single-Family Office is looking for a bright, articulate, and motivated individual to support with the buildout of their trading, portfolio analytics and financial reporting processes.
They are seeking a Controller level candidate with at least 8 years of Hedge Fund Reporting that is polished, professional and eager to run things on their own.
This position will report to the CFO and work closely with the Investment Team.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Evaluate and implement a trading system with various broker counterparties
- End of day trade bookings and allocations, monitoring custodian recs, resolving any trade settlement issues in a timely manner
- Produce weekly flash P&L generated from Addepar with high level commentary
- Spearhead the development of analytical tools to monitor the firm’s diverse investments across a multi-asset class portfolio and their returns versus benchmarks
- Cash management and quarterly debt covenant reporting
Ideal candidate should have the following:
- At least a total of 8 years of experience that should include - 5 years of general ledger, trade support and portfolio reporting experience
- An outstanding, can-do attitude and work ethic
- Prior experience in equities, equity derivatives, fixed income, private equity investments
- Strong written and oral communication skills
Location: NYC - 4 Days In Office.

Salary : $170,000 - $200,000
