Our client, a prominent consulting firm based in Scottsdale, Arizona, is seeking a proactive and experienced HR Manager to join their team. This individual will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Human Resources, including the development of HR policies, procedures, and the creation of the employee handbook, ensuring smooth operations across the entire employee lifecycle within a dynamic consulting environment.
Responsibilities:
- Create, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures that align with the company’s values and industry best practices. This includes the development of a comprehensive employee handbook to ensure clear communication of company expectations, benefits, and guidelines.
- Oversee the complete recruitment process from candidate sourcing to the end-to-end onboarding experience. Ensure new hires are welcomed, integrated, and successfully ramped into the consulting business and culture.
- Develop and improve day-to-day processes that promote productivity, engagement, and success.
- Work closely with senior leadership to review and refine compensation strategies, ensure alignment with business goals, and make recommendations for best practices in attracting and retaining top talent.
Requirements:
- 5 years of broad-based HR experience, with a strong emphasis on developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- In-depth knowledge of U.S. employment laws and regulations.
- Experience in creating employee handbooks and operationalizing HR policies is essential.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
The annual base salary range is $100,000 to $125,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
