What are the responsibilities and job description for the Learning Development and Events Manager position at Atlas Search?
Our client is a well-known law firm in Manhattan.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Oversee delivery of day-to-day learning and development offerings
- Ensure L&D programs are aligned with department goals and strategic plan
- Partner with the HR team
- Lead and plan firmwide events including volunteer days and holiday parties
The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 4 years’ experience in learning and development
- Must have events/employee engagement experience
- A demonstrated ability to communicate and work effectively across all levels
- Superior organizational and analytical skills, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
The annual base salary range is $100k to $140k. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
