What are the responsibilities and job description for the OB/GYN Physician position at Atlas Search?
Our client is seeking a dedicated and compassionate OB/GYN Physician to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive women’s healthcare, including obstetric, gynecologic, and preventative care services in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide prenatal, labor and delivery, and postpartum care
- Diagnose and treat gynecological conditions and reproductive health issues
- Perform well-woman exams, screenings, and preventive care
- Conduct minimally invasive and surgical procedures as needed
- Manage family planning, contraception, and fertility counseling
- Collaborate with midwives, nurses, and specialists to ensure high-quality patient care
- Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic health record (EHR) system
Qualifications:
- MD or DO degree with board certification or eligibility in Obstetrics & Gynecology
- Active medical license in NJ (or ability to obtain)
- Strong clinical skills in both obstetric and gynecologic care
- Excellent communication and patient-centered care approach
- Ability to work in a team-based, multidisciplinary setting
Please note- The annual base salary range is $250k to $325k. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
