Our client is a world leading private equity firm that provides exceptional consulting services for companies. They are looking to hire a Salesforce Engineer to design and deploy software solutions via the Salesforce CRM platform. In addition to maintaining the VisualForce and AppExchange pages on the Salesforce platform, the candidate will also help oversee the SOAP-based web services used to store and retrieve records.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, configure, and deploy business applications using the Salesforce platform.
- Develop solutions to support business functions and meet client needs.
- Maintain VisualForce and AppExchange pages.
- Manage integrations.
- Oversee SOAP-based web services used store and update records.
- Utilize Agile software development approaches, such as Scrum.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field strongly preferred.
- Salesforce Developer or Administrator certification a plus.
- Salesforce Lightning experience.
- Software development experience.
- Familiarity with scripting languages, such as JavaScript.
- Familiarity with programming languages, such as Apex and Java.
- Experience with Apex Triggers, Batches, Schedulers & Lightning/Lightning Web Components
- SOQL, SQL, CLI data management/scripting
- REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft/Dell Boomi experience nice to have
- DevOps: Agile/Waterfall methodology, sprint planning/managemnet, SDLC, CI/CD
