Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead planning/scoping of testing activities including creation of testing strategy and test plans that cover various functional and non-functional aspects
- Establish, build, and maintain test architecture framework
- Implement continuous integration processes to fit within a DevOps environment
- Track and report testing progress
- Collaborate with technical development team to understand technical requirements
- Analyze and report on test results, identifying and documenting issues and defects
- Maintain active relationships with project stakeholders to understand business requirements
- Create technical documentation and maintain the knowledge repositories for test automation
- Adjust quickly to changing priorities
- Supervise other testing resources in building and executing test cases
- Develop automated regression test harness
- Ensure the automated regression test harness is executed with every code deployment as part of the DevOps pipeline
- Measure and report on the percentage of the code base covered by the regression test harness with every code release.
Company Requirements:
Basic Qualifications
- BS degree in Computer Science, similar technical field of study or equivalent practical experience
- 5 years of software testing experience
- 3 years of experience of using test automation tools
- Knowledge of Behavior Driven Development and Test-Driven Development
- Experience with automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, TestComplete, QMetry Automation Studio, TestProject, Testsigma, Ranorex, Micro Focus UFT, IBM Rational Functional Tester
- Experience with AI tools for productivity improvements.
- Experience with SQL, C# and Java
- Experience testing of REST APIs
- Good working knowledge in Jira, IntelliJ, Postman, Git
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous management experience
- Experience working with and management of offshore or consulting resources
- Spanish language skills is a plus
Salary : $120,000 - $130,000
