Requirements:
- Oversee trade clearance, settlement, and reconciliation processes for the firm.
- Ensure accurate books and records while facilitating timely trade settlements.
- Coordinate with traders, finance, compliance, brokers, custodians, and clients to streamline operations.
- Identify and address potential risks that could impact the firm or its customers.
- Collaborate with software engineers to enhance automation and improve operational workflows.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of trade processing, settlement logistics, and back-office operations.
- Analyze data to improve trading efficiency and operational effectiveness.
- Assist in designing and implementing new systems and controls to optimize workflows.
- Maintain and refine processes to support seamless trading operations.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of professional working experience. (graduates will be considered)
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field preferred (Business, Finance, Economics, and Engineering academic backgrounds preferred)
- Strong experience with SQL and Python
- Outstanding quantitative problem and solving skills
- The ability to communicate information precisely and with agility to parties both internal and external
- A team player with a good attitude and flexibility in their time commitment to the job
- Highly motivated and tenacious individual, with a proven ability to take initiative and work independently and within a team environment
Salary : $100,000 - $150,000
