What are the responsibilities and job description for the Transformation Program Manager position at Atlas Search?
- Manage business project activities such as project planning, timeline development, and preparation of presentations and other documentation in support of these initiatives
- Listen and collect feedback from all teams regarding process frustrations and areas to be addressed
- Document processes and procedures.
- Develop processes that align resources, increase firm efficiency, and further the firm's strategic goals. May involve bringing in new or existing technology and/or focus on increasing collaboration and communication across or within functional teams
- Implement new processes through collaboration, education, and onboarding training
- Facilitate cross-functional education to increase awareness and appreciation of how each team’s efforts impact others (and vice versa)
- Foster a culture of cross-functional collaboration, understanding, and teamwork
Salary : $225,000 - $275,000
