Treasury Finance Senior Associate

This is a Treasury Finance position doing a mix of treasury and FP&A. Need strong in excel and financial modeling. Co-sourced for a PE Fund in Boston.

Job Title: Treasury Finance Associate/Senior Associate

Key Responsibilities:

You will report directly to the Treasurer. They will be responsible for performing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with a high level of organization. Attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to monitor one’s own work to ensure quality will be crucial. Advanced proficiency in Excel is required, as well as the ability to quickly learn new applications.

Responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing daily cash positioning and managing debt balances to optimize liquidity and funding efficiency.
• Supporting the setup and ongoing maintenance of corporate and investment-related bank accounts, ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
• Analyzing, interpreting, and recording complex transactional data from multiple financial sources for accurate reporting and decision-making.
• Assisting with executing principal and interest payments, and other financial obligations, on time and accurately.
• Coordinating capital funding processes for portfolio companies, ensuring smooth execution of capital calls.

What You’ll Need:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in operational or financial services within the fund accounting industry.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
• Experience in FP&A or Financial Modeling is preferred.
