Job Description : A renowned hospital system based in NYC is currently seeking an Ostomy certified Wound Care RN for their locations in Brooklyn and Manhattan. Schedule (Brooklyn) : Days 5x8 - 6 : 45am - 3 : 00pm Schedule (Manhattan) : Monday - Friday, 9a-5p Duties include : Assessing, treating, and managing complex wounds, including pressure ulcers, diabetic foot ulcers, surgical wounds, burns, and ostomies.Developing individualized care plans.Educating patients and staff on proper wound care practices, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to promote optimal wound healing and prevent complications. Requirements : Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree in Nursing is preferred.Minimum of (2) years of experience.NYS RN LicenseBLS CertificationWound and Ostomy Certification required.
