Assembler
Location: Concord, NC
Hours: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Atlas Sign Industries, a leader in custom commercial signage, is currently seeking a Assembler to join our growing team in Concord, NC. This hands-on role is perfect for someone who enjoys building, assembling, and preparing signage using a variety of tools and materials. If you're detail-oriented, reliable, and ready to work in a fast-paced production environment, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do:
- Assemble, fabricate, and prep a wide range of signage, including LED, acrylic, and metal signs
- Read and follow detailed work orders, technical drawings, and blueprints
- Use templates and measuring tools to position and assemble sign components accurately
- Operate hand and power tools, such as drills, impact guns, soldering equipment, and jigsaws
- Perform basic, low-voltage electrical wiring on select signage
- Troubleshoot and make adjustments to ensure components meet specifications
- Support other departments and assist with cross-training where needed
- Take on additional production tasks as assigned
What We’re Looking For:
- Hands-on experience with tools and mechanical assembly
- Familiarity with jigsaw cutting, soldering, or low-voltage wiring is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
- Able to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Team-oriented mindset with strong communication and collaboration skills
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
