As a Customer Service Specialist, some of the job duties performed will include:
- Dispatch service calls for our nationwide clients, including workload scheduling, quoting, and overseeing the completion of customer service orders
- Maintain strong relationships within client organizations and end-user levels; build high levels of client satisfaction; exceed client Service Level Agreements and ensure that all Key Performance Indicators are met.
- Direct communication & escalation with Client Account Managers to determine resolutions for any issues and concerns that directly involve the client for all assigned accounts.
- Implement continuous improvement of procedures, processes, standards, and programs to gain cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
- Cross-train with all other service specialists to become efficient with all client platforms, portals, and processes.
- Work diligently with subcontractors and suppliers regarding the service work orders to meet customer expectations.
Qualifications, requirements, and education required for the Customer Service Specialist position include:
- Previous experience handling high-volume, detail-driven customer service work
- Adhere to performance guidelines; maximize profits and report back to Management
- Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills and mathematical aptitude
- Strong communication and people skills, including writing, speaking, and presenting
- Excellent phone skills
- Maintain professional and consistent communications with Management, the Client, 3rd party vendors and Project Management, Field Services, Service/Installation, and Accounting Departments
- Skilled in MS Office products (especially Excel) and Outlook
