• Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• Evening Shift: 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM (Mon–Thu), 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM (Fri)

Position Summary: Router Technician

As a Router Technician on our Manufacturing Team, you'll operate CNC routing machines to cut and shape materials used in custom signage. This role is vital to our production process and requires precision, technical skill, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and interpret job files from supervisors; program CNC router accordingly
• Load router table with correct materials such as plastic, polycarbonate, aluminum, PVC board, or wood
• Measure finished pieces to ensure accuracy and compliance with specs
• Adjust cutting tools, feed rates, and programming as needed for quality results
• Monitor machine performance, listen for irregularities, and make real-time adjustments
• Remove completed workpieces and prepare for the next machining sequence
• Maintain and update routing programs to reflect real-time problem-solving during runs
• Operate hoists or cranes as needed to move materials
• Keep a clean and safe work area while following company safety protocols

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Proficient in router machine operation and programming
• Familiarity with control panels and CNC machinery
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Forklift certification or ability to be certified
• Willingness to cross-train in other departments
• Reliable attendance and ability to work well in a team
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
