Position Overview

ATLAS SP is seeking a senior developer to support the CRO (Chief Risk Office) organization and help build out a data and reporting ecosystem that enables us to scale our business while maintaining control and appropriate oversight. The individual will design and build the company-wide strategic risk platform supporting the Market, Credit and Counterparty risk areas. The individual will develop complex dashboards to visualize multiple risk metrics and design workflows and approval processes. The individual will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze and integrate diverse data sources, ensuring data quality and consistency. The individual will leverage your expertise in database management, data processing, and analytics to develop and optimize data pipelines, support advanced data modeling, and provide actionable insights through sophisticated reporting tools.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Partner with Risk and Treasury business stakeholders to understand and deliver business requirements
  • Architect and scale a modern data platform that consumes data from multiple internal sources and vendors
  • Create data tools for analytics and data scientist team members that assist them in building and optimizing the product.
  • Design and develop multiple BI dashboards showing relevant risk metrics
  • Build internal allocation engines for lending
  • Integrate various vender systems into internal workflow

Qualification and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or equivalent work experience
  • At least 5 years of proven experience as a senior software developer
  • 5 years' experience supporting market, credit or counterparty risk organizations
  • Hands on development experience in Python, C#
  • Advanced working SQL knowledge, familiar with various databases such as SQL Server, Snowflake
  • Ability to work well independently as well as collaboratively
  • Base Salary Range

    150,000 to $225,000

    The base salary range for this position is listed above. This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus based on personal, team, and Firm performance. Compensation ranges are based on several factors including job function, level, and geographic location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed here.
