AE Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute a sales strategy for the greater Yakima market by identifying target market business and work to accumulate new business to meet budget goals.
- Cultivate relationships with prospective clients – through phone calls, emails, and / or meetings – and go above and beyond to ensure feelings of trust with new partnerships.
- Identify the needs of current clients and their markets to build relationships to service their staffing needs accordingly through weekly calls, meetings, breaking breads, lunches, and quarterly business reviews.
- Work side-by-side with a team of recruiters to service local clients with candidates by filling their open positions.
- Drive accountability in team members to efficiently utilize our sourcing tools and systems to find and attract the best candidates for the appropriate positions.
- Strategize and implement creative processes for daily operations.
