Shift : 1st shift, 6 : 00 AM-3 : 30 PM
Pay : $22.00-$29.00 per hour / DOQ
Employment Type : Full time, trial to hire!

Atlas Staffing has partnered with one of the top commercial installers in the state, and we're excited to invite a skilled Field Supervisor to join the team and contribute to the company's ongoing success!
Our client is looking for an experienced Field Supervisor to help ensure timely project completion that meets customer expectations.
What You'll Be Doing :
Resolve conflicts with a positive and solution-focused approach
- Lead and motivate the team to ensure smooth and efficient project execution
- Assist with managing and controlling overhead expenses to keep projects on budget
- Review and evaluate project scopes to ensure everything is on track
- Provide support in the warehouse to help maintain workflow and productivity
- Complete necessary documentation to keep projects organized and progressing
What Makes You a Great Fit :
1-3 years of experience in moving / installation, with 3-5 years of experience leading large projects
