Objective : The Production Worker is responsible for the successful operations of the A and B spray machines and oversees the spray machines.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Must be able to feed and catch product off the appropriate machine efficiently.
Actively look at the quality of the board and set aside all rejected pieces.
Keeps an account waste and informs Operations Manager to adjust inventory.
Maintains machine and notifies management when maintenance issues occur.
Must have complete knowledge of production scheduling and shop operations.
Cleans and maintains each station.
Complies with all quality polices, specifications, regulations and instructions.
Flexibility with time and schedule to assure availability for company as needed.
Follows all safety guidelines put in place by management.
Assist with special projects when available.
Keeps in constant communication with their counterparts on the machine to maintain a consistent spray.
Maintains a solid pace throughout the day to keep on track with production goals.
Understanding of how solutions are made and how to make them.
Ability to measure using a graduated cylinder.
Helps coming up with ideas to help better production.
Required Experience and Skills :
Must be highly motivated.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be able to count.
Organization skills.
Must be able to work days, evenings, and weekends as necessary.
Be able to work in a team-oriented environment.
Have a general understanding of following and implementing safety procedures.
Shift : Monday-Friday, 3 : 00 PM to 11 : 30 PM
Wage : $17.00 / hr.
