We are seeking an Office Engineer (CM Engineer 1) to join our Southern California team! Come join us!
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Capable of assisting the Resident Engineer in all aspects of required field Roadway Construction Inspection services and office engineering work.
- Understand client and customer needs
- Operate within the customers’ safety protocols at all times
- Complete all required documentation including Inspector’s Daily Reports on a daily basis
- Must be capable of performing inspection for quality workmanship, including field measurements of construction materials and products
- Monitor construction Contractor’s quality control operations, traffic control operations and monitor any special environmental contract requirements
- Identify changes, errors or field adjustments to the contract documents and recommend action to the Resident Engineer
- Monitor Prevailing Wage laws, regulations, and labor compliance
Requirements
Minimum Requirements :
Compensation : 50-$70 hourly
The expected salary range for the position is displayed in accordance with the state’s law. Final agreed upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience.
