We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Global Client Implementation, reporting to the Senior Director of Business Excellence, to lead our client setup and onboarding processes. In this pivotal role, you will design and execute strategies that ensure smooth transitions for clients, fostering lasting partnerships and driving satisfaction from day one. This role must have experience in global project management and technology implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a global team accountable for the successful implementation of clients onto Atlas services and technology.
- Ensure rigorous management of implementation methodology framework inclusive of project plans, program governance, and change management activities.
- Drive and execute comprehensive implementation processes and tools to ensure alignment with future client objectives, business requirements, and expectations.
- Deliver executive updates and status reporting to internal leadership teams and external client stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Development, and Client Operations, to facilitate a smooth client onboarding experience.
- Serve as the primary liaison between Atlas and clients across the globe, ensuring effective communication and managing client experience and expectations throughout the implementation process.
- Be accountable for project timelines, allocation, and resource management to ensure timely and within-budget completion of client implementations.
- Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address challenges during the implementation phase.
- Continuously assess lessons learned and enhance implementation processes to optimize efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction.
- Provide strategic direction and guidance to the team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
What you will have:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 10 years of progressive experience in leadership roles focusing on global project or implementation management. The ideal candidate will have experience within HR technology, Global Payroll, EOR, or related fields.
- Demonstrated expertise in successfully managing complex implementations on a global scale.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve strategic objectives.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, adept at building and maintaining relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and software.
