We are currently hiring a full-time Branch Manager for our office in Batavia, IL. This position is responsible for all branch processes and parts associates.

Your New Role
- Responsible for inventory control and processes.
- Oversee purchasing, inventory, receiving, and delivery of all products Atlas First Access offers.
- Supervise and train parts department employees.
- Seek and maintain business relations with new and existing suppliers.
- Work closely with management, sales staff, service staff, and customers to improve services and increase sales.
- Provide a clean, positive, and safe work environment.
- Monitor sales and parts inventory.
- Review contracts with suppliers.
- Maintain a high percentage fill rate for parts ordered.
- Ensure company vehicles are properly maintained.
- Oversee building maintenance and personnel.
- Follow and enforce company and department procedures.
- Collect work orders from the Service Department.
- Other duties as assigned.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- Previous management experience.
- High level of organization skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Previous inventory experience.
- Ability to follow process and make suggestions on improvements where needed.
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office).
- Experience reading financial statements.
