Atlas Tube, a division of Zekelman Industries, is seeking a Warehouse Manager for our facility in Blytheville, Arkansas. Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Warehouse Manager will oversee all activities related to shipping, warehousing, coil receiving, and inventory management of finished tubular goods and saw areas.

Job Description
- Manage operations to achieve world-class shipping and warehouse efficiency.
- Develop, recommend, and implement continuous improvement practices to reduce waste and inefficiencies.
- Establish and enforce policies and procedures for shipping operations.
- Promote and enforce health and safety work practices as required by Atlas and occupational safety and health standards.
- Provide expertise and training to all shipping areas.
- Effectively communicate short- and long-term objectives to the Warehouse team.
- Collaborate with production, logistics, quality, sales, production planning, and HR to improve processes and reduce inefficiencies.
- Build and maintain a positive, team-oriented environment among shipping personnel.
- Oversee, supervise, train, and discipline shipping operations personnel.
- Review daily shipping reports for compliance and resolve issues to ensure minimal costs and prevent shipping delays.
- Ensure inventory accuracy is maintained.
- Develop shipping, vacation, and training schedules for shipping personnel and coil receivers.
- Evaluate employee performance objectively based on job requirements and behavioral indicators.
- Immediately report suspected security incidents and maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Delegate work to appropriate personnel and provide accurate, complete, and timely instructions for task completion.
- Regular, full-time, predictable onsite attendance per the posted schedule is an essential function of this role.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management in an industrial, manufacturing, or warehousing-related field is preferred, or a minimum of five (5) years of supervisory experience in warehousing and shipping. Knowledge of steel tube/pipe production is preferred.
- Demonstrated strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to meet the needs of the organization.
- Fundamental working knowledge of warehousing and shipping, plant, industrial, and manufacturing concepts.
- Proven decision-making, problem-resolution, communication, and organizational time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with 3PL, including JIT and rail loading, is desired.
- Thorough knowledge of JIT, SAP, and MS Office Suite, including Telia dashboard and crane HMI.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to bend, twist, stoop, sit, kneel, crawl, push, and pull.
- Able to reach in all directions.
- Walk and stand for extended periods to cover 10-12 hour shifts.
- Other physical requirements as needed for the job.
