About the Role

As a Janitor at Zekelman Industries, you will play a key role in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and enjoys working in a fast-paced setting.

Shift: 3rd Shift 7:00 PM – 5:30 AM
Pay: $27

What You’ll Do

• Maintains cleanliness and organization of facilities by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming floors.
• Gathers and disposes of trash to ensure a sanitary environment.
• Cleans and restocks restrooms with necessary supplies.
• Polishes furniture and fixtures to maintain a presentable workspace.
• Washes windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using appropriate cleaning solutions.
• Mixes and prepares cleaning solutions according to specifications.
• Operates cleaning equipment, including industrial vacuums and vehicles as needed.
• Notifies management of major repair needs or facility concerns.
• Removes snow from sidewalks, driveways, and parking areas using appropriate tools.
• Maintains inventory of cleaning supplies and re-stocks as needed.
• Completes reports and documentation as required.
• Works rotating shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Displays a positive attitude and maintains strong working relationships.
• Capable of working at elevated heights.
